At the seminar organized by DataFriends, the issue of automated data processing from laboratory instruments was discussed, focusing on reducing the error rate in manual processing of scientific results and the time demands of data-analytical operations.

At this seminar, partners from the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and other organizations presented procedures and solutions to problems with advanced evaluation and security of scientific data.

The optimALga project was presented in the lecture "Digital Platform for Analysis and Interpretation of Data from Microalgae Technologies" with an emphasis on the following issues:

  • Significant facilitation of work with research data – increased security, automation of processing, standardization, systematization.
  • Creation of a reproducible and transferable methodology of work with data to increase the quality of scientific work and increase the quality of professional publications.
  • Supporting the trend of introducing Open Data into research and government.
